Practice HORA participants felt less anxious, less mentally & physically tense, plus more focused after participating in a 30 minute HTF classes.
In a recent study done at the Harvard Kennedy School, participants were asked to rate their feelings of tension, anxiety, and focus on a scale from 1-9.
This chart reflects composite data collected from a series of trainings with a total of 569 sessions.
The results show a statistically significant association with a decrease in tension and anxiety while increasing focus.

What is Hora® Trance Fit?
We recognize the impact that stress, anxiety, and burnout has on individuals and teams as a whole.
HORA Trance Fit is a new method of physical and psychological training that is radically different from any other exercise program on the market today.
Our exercises use principles of nature and gravity to release tension, re-energize the body and mind, and train a state of calmness under pressure. This training can be transformational and help people gain purposeful improvements in their everyday life.
We seek to give participants simple trainings to work with stress and turn it into an opportunity to overcome and be more productive.

Our program is designed to be as easy and accessible as possible to bring to the office and remote workplace.
Classes are online 20-25 minutes of low-intensity seated exercise.
We bill only for the number of participants at the end of each session.
We survey participants to measure effectiveness of the training over time and demonstrate the positive return on your investment.
